There is no grad night. I think you might be referring to Social night. Social night is in the middle of your course, Comms ball is after you’ve commissioned as an officer. Basically, i got the fabric by ripping up things lying around at home (no seriously) and the banner itself you could get it from any fabric store! Other than that you just need twine, glue and scissors which i think can be found in any normal craft store.
