where can you get those art materials that you used to make the birthday banner? would love to make one for countdown party with friends
Basically, i got the fabric by ripping up things lying around at home (no seriously) and the banner itself you could get it from any fabric store! Other than that you just need twine, glue and scissors which i think can be found in any normal craft store.
